Yay! My first day at baking school. It went well, I learned a lot about food prep and sanitation along with how to crack an egg one handed. It was a bit surprising to have only three people in the actual baking program and about 25 in the culinary arts program but that made it easier to actually get to bake things. I’m getting some houndstooth pants to go with my chef coat and chefs toque (fancy chef hat) I also made a few potential friends and got hit on by a guy in his 40s. Yay! Baking!
